Join me in practicing this gentle, incremental process towards peace and focused attention on what is good. Learn how I retrained my brain from being stuck in the negative. This practice, based on the work of psychiatrist Dr. Karl Lehman, has changed my life. I would love to share it with you in my unique way which my clients describe as safe, authentic, calming, relational and fun.
 
Those who finish this self-paced video course and want to practice with others will have more opportunities for deeper dives in communities of practice culminating in a workshop that will send you off to continue practicing in trios with people you have journeyed with.

This course is so beautifully put together. Lisa is beautiful-radiant, and her joy and peace is so apparent and powerful. It's amazing how all of that comes through the screen on recorded content! I felt like I took a deep breath and relaxed into the peace with Lisa. It was powerful, tender, touching, and tangible. Just amazing!
I just purchased this and watched the first three videos. I paused and reflected on the questions, which were warm and inviting. It was like a space of safety and peace opened up that allowed me to just be myself and say what I was thinking. It's a neat thing to slow down and feel more connected to myself. I can already sense how different it is to interact with others from this place of peace.
I'm looking forward to watching more, but catching myself and slowing down intentionally so I don't rush ahead.
I'm so grateful Lisa put this course together and is making it available for us to work through at our own pace and return to as needed. This is so helpful.

Lisa is a certified Safe Conversations Workshop Leader and Dialogue Facilitator, health coach and Immanuel Approach prayer coach who has helped people achieve their optimum level of health in all aspects of life for over thirty years.

Lisa enjoys working with individuals, couples, families and small groups fostering intimate and authentic relationships with an emphasis on relational safety. She continually applies and trains others with the knowledge and skills she has gained while working/volunteering/training with Safe Conversations (founded by Harville and Helen Hendricks), Immanuel Approach, Health Coach Institute, Immanuel Focused Training, Thrive Today, Life Model Works, Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, Montessori Training, Healing Center International, Alive & Well, Deeper Walk International, Godly Play, and Ambleside Schools International.
Lisa is the self-published author of the award winning book Real Talk with God: How to Get Your Head Out of the Ditch of Despair and narrator of the audiobook. She is a contributing author of Winters Never Last Poetry Chapel Volume 2 by David Tensen and Friends.
Lisa began training with the Mastermind Community in online education in September 2022 and brings vision and a mind full of ideas for courses to create– especially in the areas of group coaching for emotional and spiritual safety and the integration of neuroscience and Christian spirituality.
Pinkham graduated Gordon-Conwell Seminary with a M.A. in Religion and University of New Hampshire with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and minors in Psychology, Dance and Education. A native New Englander, Lisa raised her family in Virginia for seventeen years and now resides in Maryland with her husband of thirty-one years. Other vocations include dance & health education, cardiac rehabilitation, homeschooling and best of all, being a mom to two amazing daughters.
